Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, wedged
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives
  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 0.33 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Method

  1. Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar and toss gently.
  3. Lay the slab of feta on top of the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle the whole salad with dried oregano before serving.
