The Microsoft Advertising UET Cookie
Under the Advertising category, we use the Microsoft Universal Event Tracking (UET) cookie, set by the Microsoft Advertising UET tag. This cookie reports back to Microsoft about actions you take on our site, such as visiting key pages, starting a trial, or completing a purchase, so we can measure how effective our ads are and show relevant ads to people who have visited us. Microsoft may use this information in line with its own privacy practices.
How to Opt Out by Category
- Essential cookies cannot be turned off because the site relies on them to work.
- Analytics cookies can be declined through the cookie banner, and most browser controls described below will block them as well.
- Advertising cookies, including those from participating ad companies, can be opted out of through the Digital Advertising Alliance at https://optout.aboutads.info. To manage how Microsoft uses advertising data, including data from the UET tag, visit https://account.microsoft.com/privacy.
Controlling Cookies in Your Browser
Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. The exact steps vary, but you can generally find these controls in the privacy or security section of your browser:

- Apple Safari: Settings or Preferences, then Privacy, where you can manage and block cookies.

Please note that blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site, such as signing in and checkout, from working correctly.
Managing the Cookie Banner
When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept or manage cookies. Your choice is stored in an essential cookie so we do not have to ask again on every page. To change your choice later, clear your cookies for this site in your browser and the banner will appear again on your next visit, or use the Manage link in the banner.
