Our 30-Day Guarantee
We want you cooking happily, not feeling stuck. That is why we back our membership with a 30-day money-back guarantee, and we offer a 30-day return window on unused kitchen-store items. If something is not right, reach out and we will make it right.
Membership Refunds
Remember that your free trial means you are never charged unless you decide to continue. If you cancel during your 30-day free trial, no payment is taken at all, so there is nothing to refund. If you are charged for a membership and decide within 30 days of that charge that it is not for you, contact us and we will refund that payment in full. Refunds apply to the most recent membership charge; we do not retroactively refund renewals from earlier billing periods.
Kitchen-Store Returns
You can return most kitchen-store items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them.
- In their original packaging, with any tags or seals intact.
- Accompanied by your order number so we can locate the purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund or Return
Email us at info@barracudadiner.com with your order number and a short note about what you would like to return or refund. For store returns, we will reply with a return address and simple instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we approve a membership refund or receive and inspect a returned store item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping
If a return is the result of our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost. For returns made for other reasons, such as a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item arrived defective or incorrect.
Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
Some items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Perishable goods and any consumable food or pantry products.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable or digital content once it has been accessed.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery through normal wear or misuse.
Avoiding Charges During Your Trial
The simplest way to avoid any charge is to cancel before your 30-day free trial ends. You can cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing support. Cancelling during the trial stops any future billing and costs you nothing.
