Barracuda Diner is still run by the same family that opened the original counter, and the whole company fits in one Destin test kitchen plus a handful of remote folks. That means no layers of approvals, no busywork, and a lot of ownership. If you join us, your recipe, your photo, or your reply to a member is the thing people actually see. What we offer the crew
Real Flexibility
Most roles are remote-friendly, and the ones based in the test kitchen keep humane hours. We plan the recipe calendar in advance so nobody is scrambling at midnight. Do good work and we trust you to manage your own time.
Your Name on the Work
Recipes carry the developer's name. Photos are credited. Support replies are signed by a real person. You build a portfolio of work that is genuinely yours, not buried inside a faceless brand.
You Will Actually Cook
Every role tastes the food. We share team meals, free membership for you and your household, and a generous discount in the kitchen store. The job is food, so the perks are too.
