  • 8 oz wheat noodles
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili flakes

Method

  1. Cook the noodles until just tender and drain.
  2. Sizzle the garlic and chili flakes in hot oil until golden.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to make a glossy sauce.
  4. Toss the noodles in the sauce and finish with green onions.
