Lemon Butter Salmon

Baked salmon bathed in a bright lemon butter sauce with garlic and parsley. Comes together in one pan in twenty-five minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

  1. Arrange the seasoned salmon in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Melt the butter with garlic and lemon juice and pour it over the fillets.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for twelve minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
  4. Spoon the pan sauce over the fish and finish with fresh parsley.
