Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 8 oz dark chocolate
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Method

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate together until glossy and smooth.
  2. Whisk in the sugar and eggs, then fold in the flour and cocoa.
  3. Pour half the batter into a pan, swirl in the caramel, then add the rest.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes, then finish with flaky salt while warm.
