Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method

  1. Remove the membrane from the ribs and coat with mustard and the dry rub.
  2. Smoke or bake at 275 degrees for three hours until the meat pulls back from the bone.
  3. Wrap the ribs in foil and cook another hour until very tender.
  4. Brush with barbecue sauce and grill briefly until the glaze caramelizes.
