Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 0.33 cup olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon flaky sea salt
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Method

  1. Stir the flour, water, yeast, and salt into a wet dough and let it rise for two hours.
  2. Pour olive oil into a sheet pan and stretch the dough to fill it, then dimple all over.
  3. Press the garlic and rosemary into the dimples and sprinkle with flaky salt.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for twenty-five minutes until deeply golden and crisp at the edges.
