Ingredients

  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1.25 cups warm water
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 4 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Method

  1. Mix the dough and let it rise in an oiled pan for ninety minutes until puffy.
  2. Press the dough into the corners of the oiled pan and top with cheese to the edges.
  3. Scatter the pepperoni across the cheese and spoon the sauce in stripes over the top.
  4. Bake at 500 degrees for fifteen minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is crisp.
