Ingredients

  • 3 romaine hearts, chopped
  • 2 cups bread cubes
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan
  • 0.33 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 anchovy fillets, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Method

  1. Toss the bread cubes with oil and bake until golden and crisp.
  2. Whisk the mayonnaise, garlic, anchovy, lemon juice, and half the parmesan.
  3. Toss the romaine with the dressing until evenly coated.
  4. Top with the croutons and the remaining parmesan.
